Training Options (Per Dog)

Evaluation Fee: $50 — due at the time of evaluation. This fee will be credited toward your training cost if you enroll.

TRAIN THE OWNER – $1,600

• Includes basic obedience training.

• Payment: $800 due at enrollment, remaining balance due upon completion.

• Format: 2–3 sessions per week for 4–6 weeks at the DHK training facility, in public settings, and ending at your home.

• Session length: ~20–30 minutes each, depending on the dog.

• Focus: Trainer works with owner and dog together for best results.

BOARD & TRAIN – $2,000

• 4 weeks of basic on-leash obedience training.

• Payment: $1,000 due at enrollment, remaining balance due upon completion.

• Weekly owner visits highly recommended for best results.

ADVANCED OBEDIENCE – $2,500

• 4–6 weeks of off-leash training (e-collar), with distractions.

• Payment: $1,250 due at enrollment, remaining balance due upon completion.

• Weekly owner visits highly recommended for best results.

PUBLIC ACCESS TRAINING – $3,000

• (Service Dog Training)

• Includes all required tasks needed for service dog eligibility.

• Timeline depends on your dog’s learning progress.

• Payment: $1,500 due at enrollment, remaining balance due upon completion.

Going Out of Town?

We now offer Pet Boarding – $40/day per dog ($50/day for non-potty-trained dogs).

NEW: DHK Customized Training Curriculum – $350/week

• Week 1: Bonding, Walking, Sit/Stay

• Week 2: Down/Stay

• Week 3: Break & Recall into Heel Position

• Week 4: Door Manners/Door Dashing

• Week 5: Controlled Vehicle Entry/Exit

• Week 6: Environmental & Socialization



Owner participation is required for all mechanics training.

Client Expectations

• Follow the trainer’s instructions as given — do not modify training methods.

• Pet must be current on all vaccinations, including rabies (proof required).

• Provide your dog’s food. Crate optional for Board & Train.

• Weekly owner visits are required for Board & Train to ensure your dog’s success at home.

Dawg Houze Kennels reserves the right to discontinue training if your dog injures people or other animals, or is considered a threat.
